The Full "Recipe" Details

A sturdy three-piece mold to 3D print and then cast in food-safe silicone. The file is already sliced for your printer: simply copy it to your SD card, start the print, and pour your mold.

Download the 2 matching g-code files from the 3MACARONS COLLECTION catalog onto your SD card, load your filament spool, and start printing.

SILICONE

  • Put on your protective gloves.

  • Apply a thin layer of petroleum jelly to the inner walls of your 3D model. Make sure it is smooth and free of excess buildup or debris.

  • Clamp all parts of your mold securely together.

  • Mix silicone Part A (50% of model volume) and silicone Part B (50% of model volume).

  • Degas the mixture in your vacuum chamber.

  • Gently pour the silicone into your 3D mold.

  • Let the silicone cure for XX minutes, then unmold your creation.
